Delivery Info
- You can enjoy free shipping if your orders are more than HKD$400
- Please take note that the delivery time is between
2 - 7 working days from the date that the order is made.
Returns policy
- Enjoy the flexibility of our 30-day free returns policy! Simply pack the item with its original packaging: boxes, tags, and the returns slip into the Twenty Eight Shoes LTD delivery package.

We work closely with S.F. Express, Express will deliver your shopping to your address.
You may contact our delivery partners to schedule your delivery or request for special delivery arrangements after you have received the tracking number for your order in your email. Please contact couriers to make arrangements:

Do you provide International delivery?
International Delivery
Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made. We currently only deliver within Hong Kong.

Shipping Fee
At Twenty Eight Shoes, we keep our shipping fee to a minimum so that you get more bang for your buck! If you spend above a certain amount, you can enjoy free delivery.
FREE shipping will be offer:
1) if your purchase is above HKD400.
While total below the threshold will be charged delivery fee of HKD40.
